The project
A prototype of an autonomous ocean float that profiles phytoplankton at different depths. My final-year engineering group design project, on the hardware side.
My side of it
I led the hardware: pressure vessel geometry, internal layout for the electronics and sensor bays, and the enclosure design end to end. The renders here walk through the CAD I took the design through, from the full system to zone-by-zone breakdowns, before the assembled prototype at the end of the gallery.
